SHIPPING POLICY

Order preparation
All items are made to order and posted within 2 business days.

Delivery in France
We currently ship only within metropolitan France. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 2–4 business days. Free delivery is available on orders from €50.

European Union delivery
Delivery to other EU countries is temporarily suspended while we await clarification on evolving European packaging and waste compliance requirements. These rules are due to be reviewed in October, and we will reassess EU delivery once the requirements are clearer.

Made-to-order items may require additional preparation time, which will be indicated on the product page. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Flamme Candle Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
