TERMS OF SALE

2. Products All products are handcrafted in small batches in Brittany, France. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible; slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to the artisan nature of our products.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Flamme candle co reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Orders An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of an error, stock issue, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be fully refunded.

5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at flammecandleco@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised/custom items or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

7. Disputes These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution.
